Paul O'Loughlin MNAEA Paul decided to join the family firm several years ago whilst studying for Business Management to HND level and with his natural aptitude very quickly progressed to Senior Negotiator and Valuer. He is currently studying with the College of Estate Management at Reading University for a Diploma in Surveying Practice this is recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and ultimately leads to becoming a technical member of RICS. Having been brought up with the business he has always given the job strong commitment and receives great satisfaction in carrying out the role to a high professional standard. With Paul's knowledge of the local area and people he strives to ensure the process of moving house, which can also include moving into a new area is carried out as smoothly as possible and is always keen to maintain his clients best interests at all times. After passing all the National Association of Estate Agency Member exams in 2001 he now serves on the Committee for the local branch of the National Association of Estate Agents. Richard Harding BA Hons NAEA Richard spent many of his formative years living in the locality and has an excellent knowledge of the area. A graduate of the Nottingham Business School, Richard initially gained a graduate position with Arcadia in London as an Analyst before deciding Sales was his forte, and moving into a role as channel Account Manager for a large IT vendor. Having joined Warmingham in April 2006, a valued member of the team, Richard's knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills are invaluable in ensuring a smooth and professional acquisition or sales process for his clients. Richard will shortly attain his accreditation to the National Association of Estate Agents and intends to play an active ongoing role within the Association in the future. Emma Francis MARLA Emma joined Warmingham in January 2004 having worked for Hamptons in their Property Management Department in both London & Oxford dealing with a wide range of properties from luxury homes in Knightsbridge to student houses. Whilst at Hamptons Emma successfully passed the ARLA I exam and continues to keep up to date with the ever changing legislation concerning the Lettings Industry by attending regular ARLA & NAEA seminars. In January 2005 Emma took up the challenge of Managing the Lettings Department at Warmingham. Louise Pasker MARLA Being a member of the family she had over the years helped out on numerous occasions mainly on the residential side however after a position became available in the Company she decided to leave her job in IT to come and work for us in December 2002. Louise brought with her a wealth of IT knowledge and completely revolutionised our Rental Department. She has lived in Goring and the immediate area for 27 years now and therefore her local knowledge is extremely good and having a young family enables her to get involved in local activities. Louise successfully passed her ARLA one exam in November 2003 and regularly attends courses to keep up to date with the ever changing legislation.
