Bob and Sue Warmingham opened their family owned independent Estate Agency based in Goring on Thames in 1984 covering the Thames Valley, Berkshire Downlands and Chilterns. Essentially a country practice specialising in the sale and letting of village properties, also dealing with new homes, land for residential development, riverside properties and moorings, local commercial businesses and probate and family trust valuations.

Our aim is to provide all our clients with a personal service keeping their best interests paramount at all times. In an increasingly busy world we go that extra mile! All our staff are fully trained and experienced many with professional qualifications i.e. Members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) our governing bodies, and we are also members of the Government Ombudsman Scheme.
